Please take a moment to review the salon policies to ensure you understand our expectations. 

**Policies below are for Appointments with Tori. 

NO REFUNDS

No refunds of any kind will be given.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION POLICY

It is required that all guests confirm or make any changes to their appointments at least 48 hours in advance. A confirmation text/email will be sent at least four days prior to the appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled and released to the next guest on the waiting list. If you do not receive appointment notifications it is your responsibility to notify the stylist so your notifications can be turned on.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & APPOINTMENT ALTERATION POLICY

We understand that your schedule can change and alterations to your appointments may be necessary. My goal is not to punish anyone, but with a growing cancellation list I want to make sure I can provide as much availability to you as possible!

All Rescheduling to existing appointments should be made through the online form. 

All Cancellations should be made through the Square Link.

No changes to your appointments will be accepted through DMs, email or text.

48-hour notice: Cancelling appointments within 48 hours is mandatory. No fees or charges occur with such notice.

**Alterations your scheduled appointments within this time frame may incur a service charge.

24-hour notice: Making any alteration, or cancelling your scheduled hair service within 24 hours of the start time will incur a  50% charge of your scheduled service/additional fee for altered service..

Same-day (less than 12 hours): Cancelling or alterations to your service  within 12 hours before the start time of your appointment will incur a cancellation charge of  the full service price of your scheduled appointment/ additional fee for altered service.

 

Removing services from your reserved and confirmed appointment is considered a service appointment cancellation.

Example: Reserving a color and haircut appointment and deciding to forgo the color service is considered a same day cancelation for the color appointment and therefore fees may apply.

LATE ARRIVAL

Late arrival of 15 minutes or greater may result in needing to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will apply.

We understand that there are circumstances that are out of your control. If you have the capability please contact your stylist informing them that you will be running behind 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

We understand that sometimes things just happen, but we ask, when you do have capability, to abide by the 48 hour policy. If you do not contact the salon to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled. 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED

A $30 deposit will be required to hold certain hair appointments booked for more than 2.5 hours.  If this deposit applies, you will be informed at time of booking.   

 

 This $30 deposit will be deducted from your total cost of service on the day of your appointment.

 

Cancellations of appointments with a deposit will receive a refund if the cancellation is made within the 48-hour limit. Cancellations outside the 48-hour policy will not receive a refund of the deposit. 

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

We strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days of your original appointment.

NO CHILDREN/ADDITIONAL GUESTS

For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, no children or additional guests are permitted in the salon unless receiving a service.

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR THE PARLOR SALON STUDIO LLC.

*WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE CARD ON FILE FOR FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE CANCELLATION POLICIES*
